Adbrite is the leading company after google adsense if your account is disabled you can apply for adbrite which have good CTR. And the ads are also better than chitika and bidvertiser.

Kontera is another In-line text program. Approval of your blog in kontera needs good page
impression for your blog. Kontera has good customer support and pays on time. But I found
that Kontera ads might slow down loading time of your blog and takes a much time to open not as infolinks which takes less time to open.
